Wastin' Away in Margaritaville

Ahhh..a little vacation from our vacation.  After some busy days of touring we continued south...to paradise.  I had been forewarned that the drive was long and slow.  NO PROBLEM.  The scenery was spectacular and slow is my motorhome's middle name, and it's first name, and last name, too.

For the next week we spent everyday at the beach.

We wrote in the sand, swam and snorkeled in the water.

One day we built so many drip sand castles; people stopped all day to take pictures.

Andy spent most of his days riding his skimboard.

And sometimes into the evening too.

He tried and tried to teach Kristen.

But she preferred her own game of chasing after him with sand balls.

One day we drove into Key West and fell in love.  How can you not love a place that has a party EVERY night just to celebrate this...

There are craft vendors, street performers and of course - Key Lime Pie.

After a magic show, this talented dog will help make your money disappear..

right into the collection bucket.

We could have gone on forever but alas we have found the end of the road.  No matter where we stop along the way, all roads will now bring us closer to home.
